Our waste recovery process
During the sorting phase, team members engage in manual sorting to ensure the quality of materials by removing plastics and any other contaminants. Any additional materials such as excess plastics and wood are diverted to other contractors to be utilised as fuel sources for natural gas, contributing to further sustainability efforts.
Materials from demolition sites and other waste companies are gathered and stockpiled at our facility.
Our team sorts the materials into specific areas based on type and composition.
Excavators load the sorted materials into the crusher.
With the materials going through an impact crusher and then a jaw crusher for size reduction.
Crushed materials are transferred to a mixer for blending.
The blended materials are sorted into a new stockpile for further processing.
The sorted materials are ready to be sold and for pickup by semi-trailers or trucks.
Note: A minimum of 1 tonne is required for any job order.
